They were recommended to me by my electrical motor shop. I called and spoke to Frank - he’s awesome. They didn’t have the exact same part I was looking for, but I really needed to replace a failed relay and contactor. Frank was able to recommend parts from another manufacturer that he said would be the same. In truth, they seemed even better than the ones I was replacing. His assistant set them up for me and wired them together. Frank walked me through exactly what I would need to do to swap out the parts. I had them replaced and was back up and running in a Jiffy. I am not an electrician by any means, and Frank was extremely patient with me and even showed me how the old parts were originally wired wrong and that’s probably how they went bad. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!
